2005年最卖座香港电影 周杰伦打赢阿汤哥
[19/12/05] 2005's best selling hongkong movie, Jay beats Tom Cruise
“香港影业协会”昨日(12月17日)公布2005全年10大最卖座香港和外语电影，由周杰伦(Jay)、 余文乐、陈冠希主演的《头文字D》以3千7百万元荣登总冠军，仅随其后的是刘德华主演的《童梦奇缘》。外语 片方面，《超人特工队》以3千3百万元登榜首，汤姆•克鲁斯的《世界大战》则以2千3百万排名 第2。
On 17th December, "Hong Kong Movie Industry" announced the top 10 best selling movies. Acted by Jay, Shawn, Edison etc. "Initial D" topped the charts by earning $3700 0000. Followed by Andy Lau's "Wait Till You're Older". As for foreign movies, "The Incredibles" topped the charts earning a total of $3300 0000, followed by Tom Cruise's "War Of The Worlds"

对此成绩，导演麦兆辉表示很开心，因为港片头两位最高票房的电影都是寰亚公司的，但相对全年最高票房都只得 3,786多万，对这个成绩不太满意，明年会继续努力。而另一导演刘伟强则不在香港。 陈冠希表示开心，因为他是《头文字D》的一分子，希望可以再与这班演员合作。周杰伦得知后很高兴，因为他想 不到第一出拍摄的电影，除了为他带来金马奖最佳新演员奖外，还成票房之冠，他很希望与寰亚再合作拍更好的电 影
Looking at the results, Director Alan Mak Siu-Faiis is very happy. As for two best selling hongkong films are all from Media Asia, comparatively, the highest is only $37,862,364 world wide, Alan expressed that he is not very contented and said that he will continue to work hard. While Director Andrew Lau Wai-Keung is not in Hong Kong. Edison said he is very happy as he is a part of "Initial D", and would love to act with the same group of actors again. After knowing, Jay Chou was also very elated. As he never expected that the first movie he starred in, not only won him the "best newcomer award" in Golden Horse Awards, it also topped the box office. He mentioned that he would love to collaborate with Media Asia once again to make nicer movies.
