It's hard to make it. 1st you have to find the pic, ex: you wanna made a baby cry gif, you have to find the pic which is the baby haven't cry, crying, and other. I got the program before but i've remove it liau.. hehe... Ya I know.... A..w... so bad u have removed the program... I need those kind of editor or what! I heard that photoshop 7.0 can make animated gif, but I couldn't find anywhere. . ..  |

use macromedia fireworks... it can also creates animated gif file.... i am learning it rite now....

lol... of coz la... there r many programs to generate gif files... if u want a custom made one.. photoshop n fireworks r good lo... flash mx can also b used too like cannibal said...
